Minister Presents Science Equipment To SHSs

The equipment and chemicals were donated to enhance the Science Resource Centres (SRCs) of the selected schools. She was hopeful that Ghana as a country would aspire to reach the level where she can also manufacture her own laboratory equipment. Quality Education, a Collective Responsibility- Hon. Minister

The Hon. Minister for Education, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has said quality education delivery is not the sole responsibility of the Government but rather a collective responsibility of all Ghanaians. Govt. Commits 14 Million Cedis as Subsidy for BECE Registration - Hon. Minister

Government has committed more than 14 million Ghana Cedis as subsidy for the 2014 Basic School Certificate Examination (BECE) which affects all students in both public and private schools across the country. The approved registration fee by the government is GHC 50.00 per candidate in both the public and private schools.
